step 1)First open "www.blogger.com" in your browser or click here .
step 2)When anew window opens up then you need to sign in with your gmail account or igyou already sing in then click on new blog .
step 3)Now you will see many options like as below

1)Dashboard:-The first appearing of the blog when you enter into the blogger is called dashboard it contains the options like posts,stats,earnings etc in the left side.
2)Posts:-it is the the tab which contains the articles which you share on the blog it have sub heading like published posts ,drafts etc
3)State it is the tab which show how many time and from where your blog is visited by the viewers
4)Comments:-This pan show the comments on your blog posts by the visitors and you can directly reply to the viewers from here.
5)Earnings:-It is the most important tab for which any one starts blogging.This pan show your earnings by the blog but the earnings doesn't start from the first day when you make blog.This options opens when your blog become 1 month old and you need to have more than 40 posts on your blog and when you pass this conditions then you have to sign up in the Google adscene to show ads on your blog and then you will be able to make money from your blog.
6)Layout:- it is the designer place of your blog where you can add or remove the the widgets of your blog.
7)Templates:-It manage the looking experience of the blog and if your blog looks like good then the viewer's like it and your blog get more traffic and you will earn more from your blog.
